Cambia el Disco
Cambia el disco is a fun Reggaeton EP with 2 track to dance end enjoy.
You would notice the imprint changes on the tracks due to the knowledge improvement and the new tools discover.
First the clubbing song Cambia el Disco, it has the drums inspired from the classic dembow rhythm but with few modifications and updated sounds.
The track has an important synth being the rhythmic lead of the track. Also it has a strong bass playing along the kick drum.
It’s a clubbing song, so the lyrics are all about dancing and feeling good with yourself and others and for sure concurring the girl you like.
A main fact of this track is that it has less sounds than previous songs. This is because processing the sounds differently to occupy defined spot in the EQ spectrum, I didn’t felt the need of more.
So the instrumental is light of sound but full of impact. Awesome, the song can live by it self.
The second song is “Como la que no quiere”. This too is a clubbing Reggaeton track even though it may has too much lyrics.

Few consideration about the previous song are true for this one too, except that this one has more instruments. Still each one EQed to sit on its own spot and processed as indicated in previous posts.
The lyrics of this one are so much fun to me. Have you ever been in the uncomfortable positions when you start a new relationship and everyone around you get mad? Yeh, I’ve been there.
The lyrics talk about a moment on my life when I finally had the chance of building a relationship, but I wasn’t aware of what was happening around me.
If you are a boy you would know this, it’s like when you are single no girl wants to date you, but when you start dating, then everybody has some to say and even try to seduce you.
This is the topic of the track, where I explain how this was for me and why and how this happens.
The short answer is that there are people around you that won’t you to be happy so the try to destroy what ever you build, if it’s a career, friendships or relationships. And I say it in a more metaphorically way on the song.
Indeed I say they want to give you what they want (still you don’t know if it’s good or bad), if you want to take it, because anyway they are going to give it to someone, so maybe its not you who they want. Now that you are happy with the girl you like they try to seduce you but it’s not a chance it’s a trap.
Obviously the lyrics are in Spanish and more much fun than reading about this sensitive topic.
